| The following
is an example of the results calculated by NutriCalc. As far as
I am aware, it is the only program in the World that will
calculate 18 different amino acids from a dietary assessment.
In addition to calculating all 9 essential amino acids and 9 non-essential
amino acids, the program also displays the amounts of a range
of minerals, vitamins, macronutrients, and phytonutrients. Some
of these include Energy (in kilojoules and kilocalories), total
protein, fats (saturated, monounsaturated and polyunsaturated),
carbohydrates, 11 minerals including Calcium, Magnesium, Selenium,
Zinc, 12 vitamins and several phytonutrients. All of the nutrients
that are included in the program are listed in the actual format
the program displays them in the example below. |
