FREE Dietary Calorie & Kilojoule Counters / Food Intake Program due to popular demand:
-
Due to popular demand for a very much simplified version of the Nutrient Analysis Program, NutriCalc, (a detailed dietary foods vitamins and minerals composition program), which allows an accurate calculation of kilojoule and calorie intake, I have created a simple kilojoules / calories counter. It is available for FREE as an online web based program, which will still have similar functionality to the Nutrient Calculation Program. That is, you can enter different groups of foods and their weights into a window, and then the program will automatically calculate your food energy intake (in kilojoules and calories) over how ever many days you choose to record your diet diary.

To create this food kilojoule counting / calorie analysis program, and then offer it for free, is a reasonably large task, but it is now available. I will also make available at some stage in the future a food diet diary, to assist in your health or weight loss goals.
